No Refund Policy: At Headquarters Salon, we are committed to providing exceptional services and experiences to our valued clients. As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism, we have established the following policy regarding refunds: 1. Service Satisfaction: We strive to ensure that every client leaves our salon satisfied with the services received. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform us within 7 days of the original service date. 2. Service Adjustments: Upon notification of dissatisfaction, we will gladly provide one complimentary service adjustment within 7 days of the original service date. This adjustment will be performed by the same stylist or technician who provided the initial service. 3. No Monetary Refunds: Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered. Instead, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues to the best of our ability through service adjustments or alternative solutions. 4. Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, as determined by salon management.
